La Albufereta beach

La Albufereta beach is located northwest of Alicante city, between the Serra Grossa mountains and Tossal de Manises in an important archaeological area. In fact, the city originated here.

The beach is small, of fine, golden sand, and it is situated in the midst of a residential development of the same name. This is one of the most popular holiday spots among Alicante inhabitants.
