TRANSPORT
Alicante’s complete transport network includes the Alicante-Elche International Airport, with connections from many Spanish and European cities. The high-speed train network (AVE) enables access to the city centre from many parts of Spain, and Alicante enjoys an extensive road network as well. Getting around the city and its metropolitan area is easy and comfortable, thanks to the network of urban and interurban buses, as well as the tram.
